Ensuring your security deposit returns or your new home is move-in ready.

This is our most intensive service. It is performed in an empty home and covers every square inch, including the places usually hidden by food or clothes.

The Move-Out Checklist:

  • Everything in the Deep Clean PLUS:

  • Inside All Appliances ● Scrubbing the interior of the Oven and Refrigerator ● Disinfecting the Dishwasher.

  • Inside All Storage ● Vacuuming and wiping out the insides of all kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and linen closets.

  • Wall-to-Wall Polish ● Removing scuffs from walls (where possible) ● Cleaning the interior of all windows and sliding glass doors.

  • Garage & Porch ● Sweeping out the garage and front/back entryways to remove cobwebs and debris.
